Inovasi Si HEMAT BBM ZLK002B30 adalah sebuah sistem heat exchanger menggunakan waste heat
dari pelumas mesin diesel yang didesain sedemikian rupa untuk memanaskan bahan bakar B30 pada
temperatur tertentu sehingga viskositasnya (kekentalannya) turun mendekati HSD murni. Dengan
turunnya viskositas bahan bakar biodiesel B30 yang digunakan selanjutnya menyempurnakan kualitas
pengabutan bahan bakar dan diperoleh pembakaran yang lebih sempurna untuk menurunkan SFC
mesin diesel.
Si HEMAT BBM ZLK002B30 innovation is a heat exchanger system using waste heat from diesel
engine lubricant which is designed in such a way to heat B30 fuel at a certain temperature so
that its viscosity (thickness) drops to near pure HSD. With the decrease in the viscosity of the B30
biodiesel fuel used, it further refines the quality of the fuel atomization and obtains a more complete
combustion to reduce the SFC of the diesel engine.
