Beton khusus dengan porositas tinggi sehingga mempunyai kemampuan untuk menyerap cairan
atau partikel - partikel lain melalui struktur pori - pori di dalamnya. Infiltrasi beton porous berlangsung
secara singkat, dimana air dengan mudah diserap dengan pori - pori beton porous. Hasil riset beton
porous masih terbatas untuk pengaplikasian pada infrastruktur yang dapat menahan beban rendah
seperti pada pedestrian dan parking lot untuk mobil kecil hingga sedang.
